Current Production Turnaround Time (TAT)

Production Time is the duration required to process, design, print, and package your personalized apparel. This time begins only AFTER your payment is processed and your final design proof (if required) is approved.

• Standard Production TAT: 7 to 14 Business Days (1–2 weeks).

• Business Days Defined: Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. national holidays.

• Bulk & Complex Orders: For orders exceeding 25 items or those requiring new artwork setup, production may be closer to the two-week end of the range.

• Rush Orders: If you need an order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to discuss express production options and potential rush fees.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Shipping Time is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package once it leaves our facility in Beaver County, PA. This time is IN ADDITION TO the Production TAT listed above.

Carrier Liability: Once the package is tendered to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for transit delays, lost, or damaged packages.

• Tracking: All orders include tracking information which will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

• Custom Items are Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed apparel unless the error was made by Everything Custom Designs (e.g., wrong size/color shipped, or a printing error).

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Regular orders may be refunded within a week: after the item(s) are sent back in their original unaltered condition (e.g. unwashed, unworn, etc).
